Rebecca offers her patients a safe atmosphere where thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can be processed without judgment. She specializes in adults suffering from developmental trauma, relationship patterns, and offers couples therapy. She provides a collaborative, self-empowerment approach utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing. Rebecca hopes her patients gain insight and skills that bring them closer to the lives they desire.
